IEEE IES TUNISIA SECTION CHAPTER TECHNICAL SESSION 1 : Methods and Tools for the Design of Multilevel Converters

On October 9th, the IEEE IES Tunisia Section Chapter hosted an insightful technical session featuring Prof. Thierry A. Meynard from the Plasma and Energy Conversion Laboratory at CNRS, University of Toulouse, France. As part of the IEEE IES Distinguished Lecturer Program, Prof. Meynard delivered a compelling presentation on “Methods and Tools for the Design of Multilevel Converters.”

The session attracted a diverse audience eager to learn about innovative tools and methodologies for designing multilevel converters, from which attendees gained valuable insights from Prof. Meynard’s expertise, enhancing their understanding of this critical area in electrical engineering.

The event took place at Amphi 1, Higher School of Science and Technology, Hammam Sousse (ESSTHS), and was organized in collaboration with EDSI Sousse.

A huge thank you to Prof. Thierry A. Meynard for his captivating lecture. We are also grateful to the IEEE IES Distinguished Lecturer Program for making such valuable learning and knowledge-sharing opportunities possible, and to ESSTHS for hosting this event.
